Description:

We are recruiting for an experienced, part time NP! Our client is a counseling center located in Berks County, PA. The ideal candidate is available 20hrs/wk during operating hours, M-Th: 8am-8pm and F: 8am-4pm.

 

Primary responsibilities include:

Evaluating patients by observing behaviors; reviewing medical history and related documents; administering and interpreting psychological tests; ordering laboratory tests and evaluating results.

Assisting in the development of treatment plans by determining nature and extent of integrated care conditions disorders.

Treating patients by utilizing psychoeducation methods and medications; discussing progress toward goals with patients; monitoring effect of medications.
Reviewing treatment plans and progress; consulting and collaborating with primary care physicians, mental health therapists, nurses, and other health care providers.
Ensuring quality and safe service for patients and staff by enforcing policies, procedures, standards, rules, and legal regulations.

Pay: $44.73 – $53.50 per hour
Expected hours: Day shift, 20 hours per week.

This position is in person, and applicants must be able to relocate to Reading, PA, before starting work.
